My name is Sara Martin and I am a Junior this year at Animas High School in Durango Colorado. Part of our Junior year curriculum we are required to take part in an internship of our choice. I am personally interning with the head of Athletic Training at Fort Lewis College. Wayne Barger is my lead intern, he also teaches the beginning athletic training Program at the college. I will be able to sit in a few of the classes that he teachers, also there are a few local physicians that come in weekly that I will also get to work with.
